Ohio Gun Registration & Concealed Carry Information

Hi-
We live in Northwest OH and purchased a gun from a friend of ours. We know that the gun has no history but we want to register it in our name. How do we do that? Also we are wanted to take classes to obtain our CCW license. Could you recommend a place. Thanks

I have no knowledge of Ohio law. In most of the country, law-abiding citizens are not required to register guns, but it is possible that Ohio legislators haven't read the Constitution in a while. Any local gun store should be able to answer you.

Ohio's a big state so I don't now what your travel radius is, but in Ohio the place to go is Tactical Defense Institute (TDI)
