Sid, I need to know where i can find a stock, original or one that would fit a 12g shotgun, top lever folding, by N.R.Davis & Sons (Diana) by Davis Warner Arms corp. Norwich, Conn

This is going to take a bit of searching to meet the "original" issue and there are a variety of companies (search web for replacement gun stocks) that will custom make replacement stocks although at a relatively high price.

I would start by checking with Numrich Gun Parts Co. at www.e-gunparts.com perhaps they may be able to help you and if not, refer you to another location that can.
