Okay, well then you have some options.  A lot of skateboard companies based in the US are also against the US and British policies, for example Toy Machine takes a stand on some of those more sensitive issues.  The other thing you have to keep in mind is that everyone who sells something is in it for the money - with the exception of a few angelic souls who do it for the love.  Also, the wood comes form one place, graphics designed in another, boards are screened and then sold to you, so you really have to do your homework.

The best way to find out if the company's beliefs are in line with yours, is to contact them and find out the where, who, and why's from them.
