renting skates

Question
I am trying to organize a roller skating night at our local school (NJ).  Do you know of any places that will rent skates to us for a few hours?  I remember as a kid a "traveling skate rental" used to come to camp instead of us renting out a roller skating rink.    Does that still exist?

Sorry to say- to my knowledge there is no travelling skate rental supplying skates. You did not specify how many skates you need or whether you are looking for quads, inlines, or a combination of both. I can't promise you results but there is a possibility depending on how many & what kind of skates you need & the time frame of the rentals.
