Question
Why is roller skaiting considered an areobic exercise?

Answer
Hi,
Depending on how you skate, it may or may not be aerobic.

The word aerobic means:  "Any exercise that conditions the heart and lungs by increasing efficient intake of oxygen to the body."

If you skate slowly and effortlessly it would not be  considered aerobic.  If you skate hard and get your heart rate up and your breathing increases then it would be considered aerobic.

Any form of exercise that makes you breath harder and speeds up your heart rate is considered aerobic.

Hope that answers your question but if you need any further info, just let me know
