We are looking for a Roller Derby Coach in the Wilmington, Delaware area.  Anywhere from once a month to four times a month or every practice - whatever! A few of us have speed skating experience - we need help with stretches, falls, technical stuff ect.  Any ideas ???

   Because I don't know the Wilmington area, the best I can do is give you a web site where you can put your zip code in and it will tell you what rinks are in your area. Just copy and paste the link to your browser.

    Once you find a couple rinks that might be close, go to their web site and either email them to see if they have a coach that can help you or you can get their phone number and give them a call for info.

    To bad your not from this area...we have quite a few rinks that have the girls practicing and learning.
