Optimal Sail Size Recommendations for the Electric Rock & Astro Rock Boards

What are the best sail sizes for the Electric Rock? I am about 180 lbs and have used 4.0 to 7.0 on the E-Rock. What about the Astro Rock?

Hey Jay,

The E-Rock is about 9' 10" and if I recall, around 125-130ltrs. I've sailed anything from a 5.0 to 8.0 on an E-Rock but my best combination was a 6.5 or 7.5. When it was 5.0 conditions the board would get a bit wild so I usually changed to a smaller board. The Astro Rock is 9' 3" and about 110ltrs. Sail range is about 4.5-6.5 with 5.0-6.0 being the ideal sails for best board control. Both of these boards were top performers in their class during the time period that they were made, early to mid 90's.
