Calf Cramps: Causes, Prevention & What to Do

Hi Scott,
I am very Athletic. I walk 6 miles daily and Bike alot also.I am in great shape as i love to exercise. About a week ago I was walking up an incline at a fast pace and cramped up on both legs to the point of actually so bad that I had to hobble to a bench. What causes this as I never experienced this before.

Injuries are really beyond my capabilities. If it was just a cramp, maybe you hadn't been eating enough fruits and vegetables, or maybe you were a little dehydrated. If these don't apply and it happens again, I would see a doctor to make sure it is not symptoms of something else.
