Question
i've checked all visible accesses to hose lines but cannot see/hear water coming from them . the forward bilge only has the head/shower in that area. tightened all accessible hose clamps. pump runs for about 45sec - 1min everytime. please help with advice !!

Answer
Hi Steve...thank you for selecting the undersigned to reply to your question.

I sense the problem is on-going and involves fresh water not waste water. I don't know where your fresh water holding tank is located, and whether it's plastic or aluminum, but it may be leaking and worthy of closer inspection.

If the leakage is periodic, check the hull/deck joint where your rub rail is fastened. There may be a small space on the top edge that's allowing rain and spray to seep behind the molding and down into the forward bilge area. Last but not least, check the bottom of the hull for damage or deterioration (osmossis) that could cause a leak.
