testicles descended down

Question

testicles descended do   hello sir, i believe that this horse testicles would bounce when it is exercised. hence, must be gelded for improving its performance. am i right?

HI --  no just because his balls are hanging down does not mean he has to be gelded for better performance. remember when galloping and running in a race the balls will be sucked up in the sac so the horse can run a better race. if the horse is a mean or hard to handle , then I can see gelding the colt. thanks ED HESS
