uses of leasing a racehorse

Question
hello sir, what is the advantage for both lessee and lessor when the lessee leases a racehorse from the lessor?

Answer
hi -- well when you lease a horse, it is just a lease for a certain amount of time. most leases  have the horse returned to the owner after a period  of time. you can lease to race or breed. there are a lot of stipulations in every lease, so you you have to be careful when you sign the lease and make sure you know what you are going to have to pay for. there are pros and cons in leasing . thanks ED HESS
