horse racing

what are the results of horses who have been raced? what can happen to them if they do race? and what beatings do the owners do to them to get them to race?

hi -- well some horses are not made to be a race horse. some love to run and have the will to win. others are good jumpers or a great riding horse. after a short period of time the trainer will know if the horse is going to be a race horse or just a horse to ride or jump. owners have to decide whether or not to keep the horse in training or sell them off for other  purposes. thanks ED HESS
