turning out racehorses per week

2016/7/15 11:22:51

Question
hello sir. lets suppose you have 50 racehorses in your stables. 15 are 2 year old youngsters. how many times a week would you turn out your horses? do tell me for how much time would you turn them out?

Answer
I would turn out every horse, everyday as long as you can allowing for space. If you you have access to turn out paddocks, use them. The horse will be much healthier grazing on natural grass if available and allowing for free exercise.
