Answer
There is a number of reasons for a horse to hold his head this way. He may need a dentist to look at his teeth to make sure his mouth is not hurting him or he may have other dental problems causing him pain. The jockey may be over correcting a stubborn horse who may be running out away to the right. The horse may be experiencing pain or just psychological issues that causes him to want to leave the track.
