HI --- WELL YOU CAN CHECK WITH YOUR VET ON FEEDING AND I DO KNOW THAT TOO MUCH PROTEIN IS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR HORSE ..PROBABLY NO MORE THEN 12 % PROTEIN IS WHAT YOU SHOULD FEED. OATS, SWEATED, BRAN IS A VERY GOOD BASIC FEED. BUT YOU SHOULD CHECK WITH YOUR OTHER TRAINERS TO SEE WHAT THEY FEED. THANKS Ed Hess
