Question
I have horses that have been born at home how do I get any papers of proof of ownership? If I buy a horse how do I make a change of ownwership? I live in Riverside County California.

hi -- you will have to apply to the new York jockeys club for the papers . go online and send them a e-mail TO SEE ABOUT THE PAPERS. if you buy a horse you WILL need a bill of SALE, so you can prove the horse is yours. hope this helps you thanks ED HESS
