beefy neck   hello sir, is this horse conditioned well or fat? its neck seems to me as beefy. am i correct?

Most likely this is a breeding stallion. His weight looks great. His body condition may become more lean if he was in race training, but he looks very healthy in this picture as far a I can tell. I would not say he his neck is beefy. He looks very powerful.
