jockey preparing a horse

hello sir, during morning workouts, would you prepare your stable horses with certain jockeys whom you have a plan to declare them to ride these horses in the race? or would you make the exercise riders do the job of preparing in the morning workouts?

HI   SOME TRAINERS USE EXERCISE BOYS AND PAY THEM THEN THEY ARE NOT HOLDING TO A JOCKEY THAT HAS BEEN GALLOPING THE HORSE FOR THE MOUNT. SOME TRAINERS USE JOCKS TO GALLOP AND WORK THEIR HORSES AND LET THEM RIDE THOSE MOUNTS THAT THEY GALLOP AND WORK. THANKS ED HESS
