"THIS HORSE SHOULD BE RACED CONSISTENTLY FROM ITS NEXT RUN" ?

ANSWER: HI -- i think it means that the horse should basically run the same type of race each time it races.  thanks ED HESS

HI  SOUNDS LIKE THE HORSE RAN A OFF RACE AND THE OFFICIALS SAW THAT, SO THEY SAID THAT THE HORSE BETTER RUN A MORE TRUE RACE NEXT TIME OUT .. IN OTHER WORDS THAT THE HORSE RUNS GOOD THEN BAD AND NOT A CONSISTENT TYPE OF RUNNING IN A RACE. THANKS ED HESS
