dear expert,
I am 28 years old woman , my height is 159 cm and weight 50 kg. but i have some extra fat on my hips,tighs and stomach. I want to lose these fats but i cant go out for jugging or fitness clubs. so i wanna buy an equipment like treadmill or stationary bike or stationary skies for workout in home. but i dont know which one is suitable for my needs. please help me

It depends what your budget is, but there are treadmills and stationary skis or bikes for everyone. Head to google and do a compare and review process, look at what other people are saying and see if it matches your budget. They all tend vary in price and without me knowing your budget, I can't really help much.
