Excrutiating stomach pains

2016/7/22 10:07:16

Question
Hi, I am wondering why I experience excrutiating and dibilitating stomach pains for about 10-15 mins after a short jog (only 2km)then I walk the 2km back. I feel fine when I jog but as soon as I get back home, the agony kicks in. It is unbearable pain. I eat a banana and a glass of milk as I leave the house to go for the jog. This doesn't happen if I just walk. The other day I also threw up 3 times when I got home too.
Thanks for any help you can offer, the doctors have no answers.
Kind regards, Nikki

Answer
Hi Nikki
With out knowing your bio and present and past history of your exercise program i would recommend you do not eat or drink anything except water with in 3hrs of your workout and i am quite sure that will eliminate the problem.I would really appreciate it if the advise i just gave you worked or didn't and you feel better or don't you could get back to me with results so we can work together to take care of this for good. Thanks so much.

All the best

John
