Another knee pain question

2016/7/22 10:07:24

Question
Hi,
Just recently (within the last 2 months) I've started experiencing pain in the lower right of my right knee after just ~15mins of running.  The knee doesn't bother me otherwise but once this pain starts, if I do not discontinue running immediately, my whole lower leg/foot ends up hurting.  I have been running for a while and typically try to stop running for a few days and switch to cycling (which doesn't bother my leg at all):  but even that hasn't seemed to work.  I've taking an extended break and even switched shoes...  I just can't seem to figure it out.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Kevin
