Question
HI, i have been running for the past maybe  three years with the same amazing  shoes first outside and then on the treadmill they have finally worn out, but the problem is these were walking shoes specifically easy spirit brand, and  now that im shopping for actual running shoes I dont feel comfortable in any of them they are too rigid, not flexable, or not well cushioned compared to my old shoes. Is it wrong that ive been using walking shoes for running, and where should i look for my new shoes? Thank You

Answer
Hi Kathrine
If you haven't had any problems with the spirit i see no problem keeping with the brand.I do agree with you on the running shoes today. This has been my complaint to.If you want to take the time to find a running shoe. This could work for you.Find some stores that carry some racing shoes. These are much lighter and more flexible and i think you would enjoy them. There is a large variety of racing shoes so take your time. Also try the internet. One store in california is roadrunners sport, and also go to www.letsrun.com for some nice discounts.Just be patient and i think you will find a fit.

All the best

John
