Right leg hurts at the beginning of run

2016/7/22 10:05:39

Question
I have been running for four months.  I have worked up to three miles per run.  In last two weeks I have a pain when I start my run in my upper leg.  The pain is on the front to inter part of the leg.  After about five minutes I no longer feel the pain but it comes back during the next run.  I appreciate any advice.

Answer
Hi David
Your experiencing alignment and tracking of the muscular skelton system which is quite normal with athletes and individuals in training. The best course of treatment is upright stationary bike work outs for 30 min to 1hr for 30 days and then make some decisions in direction from there.Best advice is real live communication with me.
