Running for weight loss during menopause

2016/7/22 10:12:10

Question
I am a 45 year old female who began experiencing peri-menopause symptoms INCLUDING weight gain about 5 years ago. I've gained 30 lbs and have tried every diet and several exercise plans, but nothing has worked very well. I'm former model, so I am familiar with diet and exercise, but feel I now need to resort to a most aggessive approach. Please advise. PS-I'm NOT afraid to work hard!

Answer
Hi Jane
I'm going to be recomending a very agressive program for you to really attack your situation, but first i need to have a discription of your present and past exercise program and the number of days you are working at it plus if your nursing any injuries or health problems. Also how many days you can devote to the program.Get me this info and we can pick it up from here. Also a general description of your eating pattern breakfast lunch and dinner.

All the best

John
