torn labrum

2016/7/22 10:12:41

Question
I got an MRI and was told I had a level 2 torn labrum in my shoulder.  How long will it be before I can return to bench pressing again?

Answer
Hi Myles
This is really is not my expertise, and i do know what the problem is,but i really can't comment in a professional manner. The one thing i do know is you will get back in time but only if you move forward with great care and not rush it.All injuries take there own sweet time based on your abilty to do the neccessary rehap and let your shoulder talk to you.It is your job to listen. If you google your situation, torn labrum you can get a lot of opions to work with.Just do not rush back Myles or you pay.I deal with running injuries all the time and they all want it back overnight.Hope this helps you get a good focus on the task at hand.

The very best

John
