Question
i have been running for 3 years, i am 26, and regularly run 5 days a week for 6 - 7ks. suddenly 2 months ago i started experincing crippling stitches within 10 mins of starting a run. i always run in the morning, dont eat or drink anything prior to a run and usaully run on a treadmill but do vary it to road running occasionally.i warm up with a 20 min cycle before i run.  i have tried running through them but on the whole they just get worse and i end up doubled over in pain. i weigh about 68 kilo (135 lbs)ish and am 5ft 5ins so iam not over weight, i am a ski instructor and this is my main way to stay inshape over the summer season, i have found this a real blow to my training.
anything you can suggest would be great.

Answer
How are ya abby
I would suggest developing a good solid abs.program hiting all parts, upper, lower, obliques etc. This can happen with weak abs. Also when you start out on your run, take it easy to begin with.Be patient and see how that works for you.Would love to know how you progress.

Success to you

John
