Continueous Calf Muscle Twiching

2016/7/22 10:13:20

Question
Hi John

I began running almost 6 years ago. I have completed 11 marathons. I have never had a major injury.  About a year ago the calf muscles in both my legs began twiching. They twich 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. There is no pain and I have gotten used to the feeling, but I'm wondering what is causing it, should I be worried about it, and what can I do to stop it. Stretching has not helped.

Thanks for your help.

John

Answer
Hi John
I really think you have nothing to worry about. This might sound to easy, but get a bottle of calciun magnesium and and start using it.Diet allways plays a big roll in the training process. This does work well.Let me know how it works for you John.

Best regards

John
