Starting the day with a run?

2016/7/22 10:13:24

Question
Hey, I've heard that a lot of people start the day with some exercise (hitting the gym or going for a run or something), and that gives them a bunch of energy for the rest of the day.  For Thanksgiving week, I have no school, so I figure I'll test it out then by getting up early and going for a run (though I'm only a novice runner at best).  What advice can you give me?  I'm curious about things like if I should eat anything before running, and if so, what I should eat, plus I'm wondering how much earlier I should get up (I usually rise at 6:30) to run, and if it's really true that exercising early benefits you later in the day?  Advice in general is much appreciated as well :)

Answer
How are ya Dan
I am going to cut to the chase, and i am sure this is what you want to hear with out the hype and buz of take care of you self, you will live longer.First my hats off to you for taking the challenge, you will not regret it.I personally come from 28 years of experience with your challenge that you will experience and evaluate for the future.

First let me answer you questions.

1...Eating before running....Forget about it....When you get up...go for it and work into it.....I personally need a couple of cups of cofee and then i'm out of there.
2...It doesn't make any differience when you wake up as long as the first thing you do is go for the workout even if is  2 o'clock in the afternoon after a heavey night of you no what.
3...Being a novice runner  has nothing to do with the recovery and increase energy production of an immediate workout after a hard nights out and enjoying the rest of the day and evening activities.
4...Dan i have experimented with all times, and the best is first thing in the morning regardless of the happenings of the night before. The AM is golden especially if you have a job you want to keep, or in your case be a more productive and a wide awake student to maximize your classes.
5...The most important activity is running...Hands down to eliminate the night before and make your day.
6...Without getting into a lot of detail which i could...Get a great well balanced meal into you and ENJOY YOUR DAY and many more to come.
7.BOTTOM>>>line Dan if you include a great exercise regieme into your life with regularty you will be surprised of the benifits down the road.

Dan...I could go on and on about the benifits of a great program, but i will just tell you it changed my life forever and that is why your asking me these questions as a expert in my field.I have rissen to the top with the start of first getting in shape.

Dan...I'm not some guru saint.I live life every day to it's fullest, and so should you.
You have heard first hand from an internationally renounded expert who captures a fair amount of money for his advice, and i hope you use it to your advantage to move forward in your quest for the future.

The key to you success Dan
lies in what you do not know
that you do not know.
