Sir,
i m 22 men frm india...i m 114 kgs weight....i had a strong intention to reduce my weight,,but i cannot run while running my leg below knees to feet r paining too much due to my weight..but walking is comfort for me..but i cannot reduce my weight while walkinh right sir

Great job on wanting to increase your health.  Walking can reduce your weight.  The key is that you need to walk for at least 90 minutes each day. You can cut it down to 60 minutes if you walk uphill.  Do this 5-6 days a week.  

Do all that you can to work out for 90 or 60 minutes, but if one days is really busy and you can't then try to do at least something physically active for even 5 minutes.  It helps keep your metabolism up and helps you psychologically to get back in your walking routine the next day.
