I have been cycling and I think that its working but I would like to confirm a few things. Firstly, how does cycling get my knee bones align together again, and when cycling, should you go for strength in the quadriceps like mid to high tension of the bike which allows you to work out your quadriceps or just cycle at a fast rate with low tension?

First question it strengthens your muscular skeleton system ligaments and tendons from the waist down.Second question you want to gradually increase the tension as your quads become stronger ,but most important maintain a high rev turn over in the 65 to 90 rpm at a nice comfortable smooth rhythm.Glad to see your still keeping your focus Ngo.Patience is a real key to success.
