Tennis Endurance Training: How to Run a Mile Without Fatigue

Question
Hello. I am on a tennis team at my school, and our coach drills us by running and stuff. I am good at running back and forth and not getting tired when i'm playing, but when it's drilling...i collapse. I'm trying to get into shape where i can run for a mile without stoping (thats how far we run). Any tips on how i can stay running/jogging without getting more tired and getting cramps? Please answer!

Answer
Hi Jennifer
You have to build your endurance.I would recommend getting out  there and and gradually build up to a very comfortable 30 minutes 3 to 4 times a week.Just be patient and consistent and   make sure you run easy what ever the pace.Your body will adapt quite quickly. If you have other questions just get in touch.

All the best
