Building Lower Body Strength for Runners: Exercises & Tips

HI dear, I am female, 37 years old.
I do jogging and running, I try to do it regularly. since i have very skinny legs and not big lower body, i am afraid of losing shape in this area. i would like to know if i can have a big lower part by jogging or running . and what exercises can help me to have bigger lower part.

Hi Shila
Running is a great exercise for shaping the legs,but if you want to increase the size you have to add a good weight program of squats,leg extentions,leg curls,leg presses,calf raises.If you have any other questions just get in touch.
