Running Novice

Question
Hello, I have just started running regularly and I have a few simple questions, as a novice:

As of a little while ago, I was a very inactive person (I'm a student; I sit most of the time) and, probably as a result, I developed circulation and chronic fatigue problems, which might now be hindering my first attempts of working out my running routines.

Usually, when I start running, I get exausted relatively quickly and I can't run for very long distances. Sometimes, parts of my body (tentatively: liver, kidneys, some internal parts) start to hurt after I begin to run, but it's usually very lite pain. Also, after I'm finished running, the blood vessels in my head sometimes hurt. I assume all of these characteristics are normal for someone who has been very inactive previously and who is just starting to run regularly.

Is it just a matter of time until these things disappear and until I develop a "toleration" and an endurance for running?

Do you have any pertinent suggestions or can you advise some strategies that could help me to work out my running?

Thank you.

Answer
Hi Andrew
Just don't worry andrew and most important be patience.Everybody's body adapts at a different rate.Overtime the musculature and energy systems will develope. We all at one time went threw what you have going on.I would suggest a walk jog program at easy pace.Just don't rush it.Your body will tell you when it is time to pick it up,and little by little your body will come around. The body is amazing if you give it time, which you have plenty.

To your success Andrew
