My dad friends, ask me if I want to go race this year in london, im' new to running been doing it for about three, four months, I can run max for 1 hours and so, I started new schdule on running two times a week, friday run and sprint for 30 mins sunday 1 hour run.

How can I prepare for this, am a guy 16 years old, I wnat to get in the time of 40 mins something, but never race before still a biginner.
My time in an arena was 10.13 and 10.22 for 1.5 miles, have I got a chance to finished in 40 mins at that level?

I think that if you continue what you are doing you will be on track to get around 40 minutes in a 10k.
What you may try is what is called a Fartlek in your training.  You wouldn't do it everyday, but once or twice a week when doing an aerobic workout.  Jog for a few miles and then sprint for about 30 seconds to 2 minutes.  This will increase your aerobic capacity and help you in being able to sprint.  Simple aerobic training does not train the muscles for speed.  Races require speed, so you want to work on long speed along with distance.
