Hi, I've got three to chosen to give me advice but you remind me of myself.

I was into karate and I normally walked their about three miles then i joined kickboxing afterwards.
Now am in kickboxing and studying uniforemd services which include going to the gym once a week for an hour and study about military.
I normally walk and Jog to my kicboxing class which is about two miles.
Now I kept doing it now.

I am 16 years old 174cm weight 57-58kg I think.
And want to ask you how can I develop to run/jog and way to get motvations on doing it.
I Am new to jogging I've been jogging about two months or so,  use to be very unfit. Now am much fitter On a good evening good form 6.00am or so I can run fourty - sixty minutes or so. I jog normally once a week.

I want to join the army/marines so I need your advice. I'll join (army, raf etc)in two and a half years time.
I want to be very fit super fit in time for my military test I was looking in the royal marines.
So have you got any plans and easy shcedule so I can do them.

YES, I WAS SO ADDICTED TO TAEWONDOE, I JOGGED DAILY, RAN TO CLASS OR BIKED, THEN BIKED 12 MILE A COUPLE TIMES A WEEK.
THAT WAS MANY MOONS AGO NOW.  BUT, KEEPING FIT IS ESSENTIAL IF YOUR GOING TO JOIN THE MILLITARY ONE DAY.  IT WILL BE EASIER TO GET THROUGH TRAINING CAMP.
SINCE YOU ONLY JOB ONCE A WEEK, NOT REALLY BEING ENOUGH, WHY  NOT POWER WALK A COUPLE TIMES.  HEAD UP STEPS AS LARGE AS U CAN TAKE AS FAST AS U CAN TAKE THEM WITH WEIGHTS IN HAND, WALK TWO TO FOUR MILE.  DO NOT WORRY ABOUT TIMEING NOW.
SET GOALS THEN WORK TO REACH THEM.
KICK BOXING IS OK, BUT TO KEEP FIT U MUST LIFT WEIGHTS TO TONE, RUN OR POWER WALK OFTEN BE SURE TO DO A GOOD WARM UP AND COOL DOWN.
U MUST WORK FOR MORE MILAGE, FASTER TIMES, SO U MUST SET THESE GOALS FOR YOURSELF THEN WORK TO REACH THEM.  I CANNOT SET THEM FOR YOU.
TRY AND SET UP A SCHEDULE OF RUNNING ONCE A WEEK, POWER WALK 2 OR 3 TIMES A WEEK UP TO 4 MILE OR MORE, THEN HIT THE GYM FOR WEIGHT TRAINING, THEN KICK BOX.  IN A YEAR YOU WILL BE SO FIT.
