Safety Planning for a First-Ascent Climbing Event at Zuma Rock, Nigeria

I am organising a clmbing event in Nigeria, at a giant rock known as Zuma Rock, this rock has never been climbed before so i,ll like to know what safety measures to be put in place when organising such event.

Dear A----organizing an expedition takes prior expedition experience----you need someone who had done it before to provide direct leadership.

A few of the  main consideration:

1. matching the teams' talent to the climb
2. permits
3. equipment planning
4. rescue team
