topropes in Yosemite and Sierras and SF area

Question
Im a toproper looking to do some climbs in the Northwest California area. I will be summiting Whitney but then looking to do some good top ropes from whitney to Yosemite or anything in between? Im a 5.8-5.9 climber, my girl friend is 5.6-5.7.Thanks for your input.

Go to your local climbing shop and look through the guidebooks. There is a guide to the Southern Sierra and others that are specifically top roping guides for Yosmite.  Also check out www.supertopo.com for some route info.

I know this is not the best answer to your question, but I do wish you good luck.  If you don't lead look around for partners who will lead you. You'll find plenty of people looking for partners who would take you up some very nice moderate routes.
