Question
I am a male who just completed his novice year of high school rowing, i'm 14. I am 127 pounds and 5'10. Average split is a 1:58.4.  Although it is the worst in my boat i am also the lightest by a lot.
I just wanted to know if this was remotely good?

For how small you are, that is excellent. However, even to be a lightweight, you need to bulk up, gain 25 pounds; while lifting heavy weights. You need to remember that your teammates who are 60 pounds heavier and have a time 20 seconds faster on the erg may be slower on the water, because on the erg all that extra weight is only a benefit but on the water you may be faster
