Question
I was wondering if it was possiable for a man to cox for a womens college
team and if so would there be any oppertunity for a scholorship?

Answer
Hi Ben: The rules are quite clear: Women may cox men抯 shells, but men cannot cox a women抯 event.

Coxswain opportunities for college scholarships are only for very experienced coxswains.  Your best bet is to walk on to a men's program, prove yourself during race season, and see if the coach awards you a scholarship as a sophomore.
