Question
I done my second dive yesterday and it went grat but today I feel both my ears a bit like if i had ear plugs on them is this normal????

Answer
This is normal, but not good.  You are feeling the pressure of the water against your ear drum.  When you get negative pressure in your middle ear it becomes harder and harder to clear.  The best idea is to try and "say ahead" on equalization and maintain slight positive pressure in your middle ear.   Here's an excellent reference: http://faculty.washington.edu/ekay/MEbaro.html
