Hi, I wanted to know if you know the law about owning or using a bb gun in the 5 boros of nyc. Can I shoot in my house or even outside
please advise

Local ordinances make it illegal for you to possess any type of air rifle, including bb guns in the five boroughs of NYC. Since it illegal to even possess one, you cannot legally shoot one inside your home or anywhere else in NYC for that matter.
