i have a winchester model 94 with serial number 3677777 in good condition...what is it approximate value

  I show that that serial number should be a production of around 1971 or 1972.
Since I don't know anything about your model 94, and there were thousands made in several different varieties, I have no way of knowing how to value your rifle. The Blue Book of Gun Values shows a range from about $150.00 to around $6700.00 for a rifle in 90% to 95% condition.

 I would suggest that you try to find the Blue Book of Gun Values in your local library, or take the gun to a competent dealer to evaluate for you.

 I WILL say that the books prices are somewhat low, since the Winchester manufacturing plant has closed. Prices will also vary widely from one region to the next.
