Savage Western Field SB-100B: Slug Compatibility & Ownership

Can I shoot rifled slugs out of my western field model sb-100b ?

The Western Field model sb-100b is actually made by Savage.  The model number of the Savage shotgun is the same.  Yours was simply a 'store branded' gun for Montgomery Wards.

You should have no problem shooting rifled slugs in your shotgun, assuming that it is in good shooting condition overall.
