I was just wondering how much this gun is worth its a Stevens 22 long rifle pat 1901 single shot

Its most likly a Stevens Favorite unfortunately there is over a dozen model variations.

It can be worth anywhere from $100 poor condition to as much as $6500 for model 21 Ladies in excellent condition. Model numbers can be 11, 12, 14, 14 1/2, 16,  17, 20, 21, 21 Ladies, 23, 26, 26 1/2, in .22 rimfire.
More than a million were made from 1893 and 1939.   

A local gun store quickly tell which model it is in person.
These rifles were made as model 71 72 recently.
