Mossberg 835 Choke Guide: Understanding Types & Steel Shot Compatibility

I am new to shot guns and recently bought a Mossberg model 835. It has a screw in choke, I would like some info on the choke. On one side it has printed extra-full, I understand that this is the choke size. Under it, it has T&F steel printed, and can I shoot steel shot or only lead? And what is the difference between
extra full and extra full turkey? I know I have a lot of questions but I am trying to learn. Thanks for your patience and help.

extra full for 835 is safe lead or steel its constrict .710.
(in most guns extra full is lead only)
Extra full turkey is safe with lead only its construction is .680.
Its only real use for turkey choke is turkey hunting.
