Identifying a Vintage Boker Knife: Help Needed

I could not find anything under knives so, I was hoping you could help or point me in the right direction. I have a small knive my best friend dad gave to me twenty years ago. I can't read the name on the handle, but it has a tree symbol with no leaves, and on the blade it has the words, Buker. Please provide information if you have any thanks John

I am not a knife guy, so I really can't help you out too much.  First, the brand is Boker.  There are a well known knife manufacturer.  I'm sending you a link to a website that might tell you more about the knife including the history of the Boker company.

So I told you right up front that I was not a knife guy.  What I should have done was reject your question.  Instead, I tried to help you out.  So in exchange for that, you gave me a mediocre rating.  All we get on this website for our work is our ratings as a 'thank you'.  Your response to my efforts were underwhelming.

Also, I am curious about why you downgraded me on timeliness of response.  Your question was answered within three hours of asking it.  The website clearly states that answers might take a day or two.  I'm not sure how that translates to a "9" on timeliness.

Please understand that I won't make this same mistake again.
