Pellet Gun Licensing: FAC vs. PAL Requirements - Expert Advice

hi i have no guns or gun licence and i want to own a powerfull pellet gun,around 1200 ft per second and it says i need a PAL licence to buy it, my question is , ifi get my FAC licnce then can i buy it without haviung to get my pal licence or do i need both, i assume fac trumps having to get the pal

I'm not sure what state you live in. I am unfamiliar with any of the documentation you mention. In most states, while a background check is required, no licensing is. Also in most states, pellet guns can be bought off the shelf at Wal Mart. Your place of residence sounds extraordinarily restrictive. I would therefore contact a gunshop in your area to see what you need.
