A couple questions for the experts

I acquired a Lee Enfield about 15 years ago and have taken it out and looked at it and shot it  a few times. I now have the time would like to get some help.

First gun:

Gun info: G.R.  B.S.A.C9 1915  SHT  L.E.  S/N 38178
                              III

Question: What is the year of manufacture? 1915? It seems to be very complete and is in good shape. Is there any value to these guns? If I remember correctly I paid $7 for it and have run about 50 rounds through it.

Second gun:

Iver Johnson Arms & Cycle Champion 410. S/N 45382. Can anyone date this gun for me? This was handed down to me from a family member and was curious.

I can't tell much about your SMLE.
It was was made by Birmingham Small Arms. {BSA}

Yes its a number 1 Mark III

No real valuable as 14 million were made in .303 British
and later 7.62 MATO.

They run $50 for really beaten one to $400 for near mint rifle. Most $250 to $300.

Iver Johnson made sturdy but inexpensive firearms
from 1871 to 1993.
Your Champion .410 was made between 1909 & 1956.
There is no public data base to get exact dating of your gun. Its worth $25 to $175 depending on condition.
There no collectors interest in Champion line.
Other IJ like the Skeeter, Hercules and Super Trap are collectable.

Both should be examined by a gunsmith before firing,
to ensure they are safe.
