The Winchester model 370 replaced the model 37. There were approximately 221,000 made between 1968 and 1973. The 370 model was actually manufactured in Winchester's Canada plant in Ontario.

As for value.... not very high in most gauges..... in "good" condition approximately $100 however, you can add another 40% for the 28ga.
